A Journey with Louis Dreyfus Company
There’s something profoundly fulfilling about capturing the essence of the agricultural process, tracing the path from the soil to the sea. Recently, I had the privilege to work with Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) to document a harvest’s journey. This experience took me from the golden fields of grain to the bustling Melbourne shipping port in Victoria, showcasing every intricate step in between. As a photographer and filmmaker, I thrive on these opportunities to travel, witness, and document the unseen aspects of the world, and this project was no exception.
Working with Louis Dreyfus Company on this project was a profound experience that deepened my appreciation for the agricultural industry. Documenting the journey of a harvest from farm to export was more than just a job—it was a testament to the hard work, innovation, and coordination required to feed the world.
I love my job because it allows me to travel across the country, witnessing and capturing moments that many never get to see. Each project is an adventure, offering new experiences and insights. This journey with LDC was a vivid reminder of the beauty and complexity of the processes that sustain us, and I am grateful for the opportunity to tell this story through my lens.
