The new ARC website has been enthusiastically embraced by club members. The site is now fully functional and is optimised for mobile or tablet use, as many ARC members are often on the move!
The site provides members with blogs, forums, emergency contact details and the option to upload member portrait pics for identification when on the road. 90 members have switched from the forum to the new site and we hope many more will make the transition in the near future!

I have just completed this website for Garry The Plumber. Hopefully it catches people’s imaginations with the use of animation. If you want to be seen on the web, make sure your website is mobile and tablet friendly!

Spent the morning with Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull and Sarah Henderson MP, opening Epworth HealthCare, Geelongs newest Hospital. What an impressive facility!

Thank you for designing my website and only after a brief meeting over coffee. The images you used from the weddings we’d done jointly looked amazing and the whole website looks both extremely professional and elegant. As well you sat with me and coached me how to make changes to the site and add photos and posts which is fantastic and quite liberating. I’m now taking a small digital camera to weddings in order to photograph the set up and the photos will be uploaded on the blog page.

Why You Need a Personal Website.
It’s not just big business brands that can benefit from an online presence, it is great for your personal brand too. You should make it as easy as possible for potential clients to find information about you. Your personal website is the most effective way to package your brand and increase your reputation in the marketplace.
I am finding more of my clients are choosing to establish their own personal website.
A personal website offers the opportunity to create a direct link to the services you provide to your target audience. Rather than random snippets from online sources your personal website will provide accurate and concise information about you and what you do. This is the most efficient way of getting across the message about the services you provide in an accurate and descriptive way.
Your website is all about marketing yourself, getting your name out there, and becoming known. In this competitive market every tool and potential advantage should be utilised.
Creating a online portfolio increases your visibility and accessibility. Another benefit of having a strong online presence is that you can ensure the most current, professional, and accurate information about you is available online.
Having a personal web site allows you to highlight what channels you prefer to be contacted through. Whether it’s via phone, email, LinkedIn or Twitter. Furthermore, including keywords such as your university, city and industry name on your website, will increase your chances of appearing higher in search rankings.
Personal web sites are a unique piece of online real estate that is totally under your control. This is critical since about half of employers “Google” or otherwise research candidates online before deciding who to engage.
A resume forces you to condense your entire work experience into just a few bullet points, however you have more freedom on a personal web site to emphasise the information you want potential clients to see.
Located on Melbourne’s Southbank, is Eureka 89, a spectacular venue for Melbourne events. Their extensive menu of exquisite meals and drinks as well as their northern point room, makes it a great place for your corporate event. I have had the pleasure of working there on many occasions and been granted the honour of working with Alana Wallis, Christina Rich, and the rest of the team. Best of all, I’m always well fed.
Immij is an Australian based printing company which focuses on the satisfaction of their clients. Their new website has recently been published and it is looking great; featuring images taken by Shaun McKenna. Immij, managed by Michael Smithe, and I have been working together for many years. Shooting these brochures is more challenging than it appears, due to their shiny surfaces and high mixture of different textures. The items or objects were all shot separately and placed together as a composite.
